Initial visit, telehealth, 60 min $228
Follow-up visits, in-person, 60 min $206

I am credentialed with the following insurance companies:

Providence, Pacific Source, Moda, Aetna and BCBS/Regence

Late cancellation (less than 48 hours) is $75, same day cancellation or no show is the full cost of your visit.
